General sales condition (CGV)

1. Company
The Brandor website is published and operated by Brandor, a simplified joint-stock company SAS registered under the number SIREN 100092295 whose head office is located at the 11 way of the station, 31620 Castelnau d'Estretefonds, France.
Brandor specializes in the wholesale second-hand clothes for professionals. These general conditions of sale (CGV) are intended to define the rights and obligations between Brandor and any person making a purchase on the site. Any navigation, use of the site or validation of an order involves the prior reading, the comprehension and the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale by the customer.
2. Products
Products sold on the site are described with the highest possible accuracy. The products offered for sale are second hand items.
The customer recognizes and accepts that:
- The products may have normal wear-free wear from their earlier use,
- light imperfections may be present,
- differences in shades, sizes or cuts according to brands may exist,
- Photos and descriptions are given for information only and are not contractual.
3. Grades of products
Lots can be classified according to different internal grades:
Grade
Articles in very good general condition that can present slight traces of normal wear.
Grade b
Articles with visible faults task, unheard of use or resale.
Grade c
Articles with significant defects, traces of wear delivered or requiring supplementary cleaning, cleaning or sorting.
The ranking of grades remains indicative and may include a human assessment.
4. Availability
The products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Brandor reserves the right:
- to limit certain orders,
- to refuse certain orders,
- To cancel an order in case of suspicion of fraud, price error, payment problem or abusive behavior.
In case of unavailability after order, Brandor may:
- propose a replacement,
- or proceed with the reimbursement of the product unavailable.
5. Price
Prices are posted in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), unless otherwise stated.
Delivery costs are indicated before the order validation.
Brandor reserves the right to change prices at any time.
The invoiced price is the one displayed at the time of the validation of the order.
6. Orders
Any order becomes definitive after:
Validation of payment,
Receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
Brandor reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case:
- of previous litigation,
- suspicion of fraud,
- payment problem,
- incorrect information provided by the customer.

- major problem on the order,
- Proof valid accepted by Brandor.
Any request must be made in writing.
7. Payment
Payments are secure through the payment solutions offered on the site.
Accepted methods of payment may include:
credit card,
- PayPal,
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay,
- ideal,
- Bancontact,
- bank transfer,
- as well as any other means accepted by Agricultural Credit or the Payment Partners of the Site.
The order will only be prepared after complete payment validation.
8. Delivery
Orders are shipped from France.
Deliveries are carried out mainly via:
- GLS,
- or any other carrier selected by Brandor.
The average delivery times are estimated at about 72 hours after shipment, outside exceptional periods.
Brandor offers:
- Standard delivery,
- Warehouse withdrawal by appointment.
For orders outside the European Union:
- Customs fees,
- import taxes,
- administrative costs,
remain entirely the customer's responsibility.
9. Transport and responsibility Delivery
Brandor can not be held responsible:
- transport delays,
- losses of parcels attributable to the carrier,
- customs blockages,
- address errors provided by the customer,
- Independent events of his will.
The customer is responsible for checking the condition of the package when receiving.
Any complaint should be made within 48 hours with supporting documents and photos.
10. Return Policy
No return is possible if the order is compliant.
Returns are accepted only if the box or parcel has not been opened and returned to its original state, perfectly closed and intact.
Any return must be submitted prior to Brandor with valid proof.
The return fee remains entirely the responsibility of the customer.
After receiving the return, Brandor will check the returned product (s). The refund will be made only after validation and control of articles by Brandor.
Any product returned open, used, incomplete, damaged or not respecting these conditions may be refused and will not give rise to any refund.
11. Legal guarantees
Individual customers benefit from the legal guarantees applicable in accordance with French law.
However, given the nature of second-hand products, some minor wear marks or imperfections can not be considered as compliance defects.
12. Responsibility
Brandor can not be held responsible:
resale of products,
commercial results from the customer,
Indirect financial losses,
of use made articles after delivery.
The responsibility of Brandor is strictly limited to the amount of the order concerned.
13. force majeure
Brandor can not be held responsible in case of non-performance or delay caused by a case of force majeure:
- natural disaster,
- war,
- strike,
- Computer failure,
- logistics blocking,
- administrative decision,
- pandemic,
- or any event independent of his will.
14. PERSONAL DATA
The personal data collected is used only for:
- the processing of orders,
- customer relationship,
- Logistics management,
- Respect for legal obligations.
Brandor is committed to meeting the GLPA General Regulations.
The customer can ask:
- access,
- the modification,
- or the deletion of its data,
By contacting Brandor by e-mail.
15. Intellectual Property
All the contents of the site:
- texts,
- visual,
- logos,
- graphic elements,
- marketing content,
remain the exclusive property of Brandor.
Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.
16. Disputes and applicable law
These CGV are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought in priority.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Toulouse will be the sole competent.
17. Modification of the general conditions of sale
Brandor reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time and without notice to adapt them to the evolutions of the site, the activity, the proposed legislation or services.
The applicable general conditions of sale are those in effect at the date of the order made by the customer.
It is up to the Customer to regularly consult the present CGV before any order on the site.
18. ACCEPTANCE OF CGV
The Customer acknowledges having read the present general conditions of sale before validation of his order and accept them without reservation.
